Microaggression is a Form of Bullying

Microaggression is a form of bullying. Microaggression is a prejudiced attitude toward another individual or group that is expressed purposely or as an unintentional use of poorly chosen words related to stereotyping.  Some forms of microaggression seem more innocent than others; however, other expressions of prejudiced attitudes are meant to harm and express racial dominance. During the early stages of bully event recovery and organizational culture change, it will be critical to identify microaggression and help nonfunctional teams learn to communicate in healthier ways.
