Obviously, bullies cannot work alone. A triad exists when bullies are
present in the work environment, and the triad consists of the bully, the
victim, and the bystander. All three groups represent an insidious discontent
that overshadows positive efforts to develop a healthy workplace culture and positive organizational stories and memories.
