Unless bullies get through the screening
process, bullies are often created by the organization. Obviously, bullies are
not hired on purpose. Bully-type personalities may be the result of possessing
gifts that have not been truly developed or supported by managerial training,
emotional intelligence, and critical thinking. Unbridled drive and enthusiasm
for power and success may be easily interpreted as aggressive behavior if not polished
by education, knowledge, and leadership training.
