Gratitude and feelings of reciprocity of kind acts promote positive perceptions of the workplace and reduce negative biases and reflection concerning negative organizational memories. During organizational change, it will be difficult to create a culture of gratitude as it is much easier to harbor a grudge because forgiveness is difficult.
