Bullies Without Boundaries





PTSD and burnout are issues for the entire bully triad, and these problems may be severe enough to warrant an evaluation concerning each member’s personal agendas and intentions for possible harm. Holding grudges and sabotaging organizational property and innovation are just some of the warning signs that physical violence toward other employees may be possible. These warning signs or levels of anger or grief are often due to a loss of something that is felt as an entitlement because of hard work and dedication. Bullies without boundaries grab rewards and recognition without pause if the organizational system for rewarding employees is dysfunctional or unfair.
